Dent Wizard International and subsidiary Know-How Systems Global (KHS) are looking for a Claim Data Administrator to join their team ! The Data Admin is a n entry level full-time position and will report directly to the Customer Care Manage r as well as provide support to the OEM/Catastrophe and US Retail Divisions. These divisions work closely with insurance agencies and vehicle manufactures to provide estimates on damaged vehicles and offer repairs on said vehicles. The Data Admin will assign contact lists to Customer Care Representatives, run reconciliations across several databases, import assignments provided by insurance companies, and provide daily reports showcasing completion across all jobsites for business partners. This position is located at our Know-How Systems office, located in Sunset Hills, MO. This position will require working with team members in the office as well as supporting other locations remotely.
We are looking for someone who can work with others to deliver outstanding customer service and make meaningful contributions for continuous improvement. The successful candidate will answer all customer inquiries promptly, be thorough and detail oriented, provide help and feedback to the Customer Care team, and accurately report based on the data provided. The candidate must be able to work independently and have a flexible schedule. Office hours are Monday through Friday but during peak business season, weekends may be required.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Import claims from insurance providers into our business systems
Generate contact lists and assign claims to members of the Customer Care Team
Report daily on jobsite completion for each business partner
Work with insureds and adjusters to correct problems and update claimant profiles
Run reconciliations to ensure all data is up to date across all platforms
Work to improve systems and processes to make the Customer Care Center more effective and efficient
Provide friendly, knowledgeable, and prompt support for internal and external customers
Provide direct support to the Customer Care team
Assist other departments as needed
Qualifications:
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment prioritizing competing responsibilities according to urgency and importance
Computer literacy and e xperience using M icrosoft O ffice product s with an emphasis on Excel
Excellent communication skills
Attention to detail
Flexible schedule with the ability to work evenings, weekends , and holidays as necessary
Desire to work as part of a team and provide back-up when required for team members
