We are looking for a Solutions Manager to work closely with the Real Estate & Development Team as a trusted business partner, to deliver world-class technologies, by owning the nexus between people, process, and technology. This role is responsible or managing key relationships, understanding the technology landscape for the business, understanding and improving business processes, developing long term product roadmaps aligned with business strategies, and managing diverse teams to create a robust ecosystem of solutions that empower our business teams to make effective decisions.

Description

As the Solutions Manager, you will manage enterprise solutions used by our Real Estate & Development team. You'll manage strategic relationships with internal customers, vendors, and contractors to ensure that we're delivering technologies that empower our business customers to make strategic decisions. You will own the technology roadmap and ensure it is consistently aligned with business capabilities. You will own the framework and coordination of release management, infrastructure upgrades, and the support ticketing process, ensuring alignment with our business customers and our engineering teams. You will partner with customers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and align technology needs with business goals. You will be responsible for managing multiple contractor teams that work with you to design, develop, deliver, and support solutions, ensuring smooth implementation and ongoing performance. You will manage IT financial forecasts and budgets for capital projects and operating expenses. You will institute KPIs to monitor the efficacy of IT services and drive continuous improvement. Most importantly, the ideal candidate will have a deep commitment to continuous improvement. You will be unafraid to challenge the status quo when appropriate. You will constantly weigh a number of competing priorities to allocate time and resources to delivering the biggest impact.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in delivering technology for global real estate functions.

  • 3 + years implementing TRIRIGA projects in the real estate domain.

  • Comprehensive understanding of Real Estate processes and workflows.

  • Consistent track record of leading complex, enterprise global solutions, and custom solutions like data warehouses and iOS applications.

  • Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with engineering & operations, using outstanding influencing skills to drive decisions.

  • Strong program and project management skills, to oversee all aspects of technology projects and solutions.

  • Passion for building high-performing collaborative teams and partnerships with business customers and contractors, ensuring a -one team- vision and goals.

  • Passion for diving deep into detailed process and user experience working sessions, to clearly document requirements, understand the business, and guide the user experience.

  • Excellent facilitation, critical thinking, influencing, and communication skills.

  • Self-starter who can effectively manage numerous projects simultaneously, meet aggressive deadlines, and thrives in a dynamic environment.

  • Ability to contribute consistently and positively in a high-paced, evolving, and sometimes unpredictable work environment.

  • 5+ years of experience managing the infrastructure, engineering, and support of enterprise solutions working directly with senior business professionals in the Real Estate & Development domain.

  • Education: BA/BS or equivalent experience.

  • At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
