GENERAL FUNCTION
The Operations Analyst is part of the team representing EyeMed on Policies and Procedures, Business Continuity, and Vendor Management. The analyst is responsible for supporting the process to advance each team's objectives. Assignments include but are not limited to leading the template transition and the annual review cycle with cross-functional team members of the Policy Program. Support the analysis and documentation of business processes to determine how EyeMed can continue operating during a business disruption. On the Vendor Management team, the analyst will support the compilation of Vendor contracts and assist in the annual assessment cycle. Will represent all teams in responding to audits, requests for proposals, and client implementations.
MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Maintain and support the functions/repositories for Policy and Procedure, Vendor Management, and Business Continuity, including but not limited to: Client Notification Repository, Vendor Contract Repository, Frequently Asked Questions Database, Document Control Lists, Archived Repository, Citation Database, Acronym List, Definition List
Compile program metrics for Policy and Procedure, Vendor Management, and Business Continuity.
Respond to Audits, RFPs, and Client Implementations regarding Policy and Procedure, Vendor Management, and Business Continuity.
Support training and awareness programs for Policy and Procedure, Vendor Management, and Business Continuity.
Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities associated with Policy and Procedure, Vendor Management, and Business Continuity.
Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and materials for communication with Committees and Leadership.
Assist in the Policy and Procedure template transition.
Partner with cross-functional teams to support the Policy and Procedure document management process (e.g., redline requests, periodic reviews, approval process).
Assist in coordinating the annual Vendor Risk Assessments, including but not limited to compiling questions, loading questions to software, and coordinating status with Vendors.
Assists with the development, maintenance, and testing of Business Continuity plans.
Document business processes to support Business Continuity planning.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience.
3+ years of experience in an analyst or administrative role
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Able to organize and prioritize workload to meet deadlines; demonstrates high attention to detail, logical analysis, and problem-solving skills.
Proficient in Microsoft (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills.
