Job Description

The MedServ Group is a rapidly growing company which provides residents in healthcare settings such as nursing/rehab facilities with top of the line medical care. We are currently searching for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! You'll use your interpersonal skills to assist management in providing high-quality customer service under supervision of the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and has a background in healthcare recruitment. The Recruiting Coordinator will help with improving operational efficiencies, streamlining recruiting processes, and ensuring the recruiting process is consistent.

Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities will include:

  • Coordinate and schedule phone, onsite and video conference interviews for candidates

  • Review applications for roles and asses their candidacy against job requirements

  • Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date

  • Manage recruiting data to prepare recruiting updates for Hiring Managers

Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications:

  • Associates/Bachelors Degree

  • 2+ years recruitment experience in a healthcare setting

  • Extreme attention to detail and impeccable follow through

  • Self-starter with the ability to manage and work with all levels of an organization

  • Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Friendly outgoing demeanor as first point of contact for candidates

  • Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
