We are currently searching for a dynamic Recruitment Coordinator to join our team! You'll use your interpersonal skills to assist management in providing high-quality customer service under supervision of the Director of Operations. The ideal candidate is professional, organized, and has a background in healthcare recruitment. The Recruiting Coordinator will help with improving operational efficiencies, streamlining recruiting processes, and ensuring the recruiting process is consistent.
Recruitment Coordinator Responsibilities will include:
Coordinate and schedule phone, onsite and video conference interviews for candidates
Review applications for roles and asses their candidacy against job requirements
Maintain recruitment applicant tracking system, ensuring information is up-to-date
Manage recruiting data to prepare recruiting updates for Hiring Managers
Recruitment Coordinator Qualifications:
Associates/Bachelors Degree
2+ years recruitment experience in a healthcare setting
Extreme attention to detail and impeccable follow through
Self-starter with the ability to manage and work with all levels of an organization
Highly organized with a proven track record of managing multiple tasks simultaneously
Friendly outgoing demeanor as first point of contact for candidates
Experience with an Applicant Tracking System
