Compensation and Benefits We Offer:
To share in our success, we offer competitive base wages, uncapped commissions, and personalized bonuses. We also pay a Weekend Shift Differential of $5 per hour! Typically, our Sales Specialists earn between$18 - $20+ Per Hourin total compensations with plenty of room to grow!

Retail Sales Specialist Schedule:
The position is Full Time 40 Hours per week
Schedules are posted 3 weeks in advance for stability and consistency
All Shifts areDAY SHIFTwith the latest ending at 7 PM
Working shifts include both weekdays and weekend days
All Shifts are worked in a physical Store Setting

Retail Sales Specialist Description:
As a Trusted Sales Specialist you're likely a nerd at heart, love the challenges of technology, know a thing or 2 about cars, and have a background in customer service. You believe in building trust with your customers, which in turn creates rewarding relationships of repeat business.
As a Specialist, you don't just sell meaningless services, you're an advocate for the customer selling solutions that make the most sense for them! No cold calling or lead generation necessary, as we have an abundance of in-store customer flow in need of your service!
In addition to being a technology solutions expert, you'll also exercise your creativity and organizational skills in keeping our showroom fresh and our inventory and customer orders accurate. Lastly, you get plenty of opportunities to gain new and exciting skills in Sales, Technology, Repair, and learning the inner workings of a small business.
To Qualify for The Role, Our Retail Sales Specialists Need to Have:
An interest in technology across the Electronics and Automotive Industry with the ability to learn and adapt to changes and new technologies on the horizon
Strong communication skills to effortlessly converse with customers and collaborate with the team
Tech savviness with programs such as Google Suite, IOS, Android, POS systems, Part Lookup, and other various business applications
A flexible work schedule to meet the needs of our customers when they need us most
1+ Years of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
