Job Description:
Provides supports for system-wide initiatives. Responsibilities include: Working in partnership with multi-disciplinary teams participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of system-wide quality programs; develop the skills to assist with organizational initiatives and apply quality principles to such initiatives; designing a knowledge/data base of quality principles, concepts, tools, and methodology; sharing information and communicating throughout the organization; in a consistent and value added manner; supporting continuous quality improvement efforts and continuing personal and professional development.
Education Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in a clinical field or graduate of a nursing program. All diploma or associate degree nurses will obtain bachelors degree within 3 years from hire date.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
