Provides technical expertise for assigned system-wide initiatives. Responsibilities include: Working in partnership with leadership and multi-disciplinary teams participates in the development, implementation, and evaluation of system-wide quality programs; analyzes customer needs relating to organizational initiatives and applying quality principles to such initiatives; designing a knowledge/data base of quality principles, concepts, tools, and methodology; sharing information and communicating throughout the organization; in a consistent and value added manner; supporting continuous quality improvement efforts and continuing personal and professional development. Work Experience: 2 years of experience (within Long Term Care setting preferred)

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree required with a preference in health care related field, quality improvement, change management, and leadership.

If candidate is a registered nurse, bachelor's degree needs to be obtained within 3 years from hire date.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

This position will be remote but will be visiting on site within our service. You would need to be within 60 miles of our service area (Duluth or Fargo)

This position is work from home, however will be required to be on site at different locations part of the time.
