The Role:
Assist admin staff and venue employees with various questions, including any questions about the hiring process, onboarding process, payroll questions, or any other venue HR related issues. This is a seasonal, part-time position from February through October working an average of 35-40 hours per week.
Job Functions:
Monitor applicant tracking systems (Workday, Indeed, etc.) to find best candidates
Communicate with managers on staffing needs for each department
Find and attend job fairs (onsite and offsite) to help with venue recruiting efforts
Schedule and conduct interviews with candidates
Develop new recruiting resources
Help new hires with onboarding process
Attend orientations and lead HR related orientation segments for all employees
Assist the Payroll Administrator and OM with weekly payroll processing as needed.
Work with department managers as well as GM and OM on recruiting efforts
Typical work hours will be Monday-Friday 10am-5pm; nights, weekends, and concert day availability preferred
Answer general Workday or ABIMM questions
Assist with employee check in on show days
Help with employee scheduling if needed
Qualifications:
High school diploma with relevant work experience; college degree (HR or admin related) is a plus.
1 years' plus of administrative experience preferred
Familiar with Microsoft Office Suite
Must be able to handle classified personnel information with strict confidentiality
Strong attention to detail, accuracy and quality
Ability to work independently as well as with others
Ability to work in a professional manner regarding artists or tour personnel
Previous experience with Workday is a plus
Previous experience with ABIMM is a plus
Public speaking or meeting facilitation skills is a plus
