Position: Sales Associate -Battery & Cell phone Repair
Reports to: Store Manager
FLSA status: Non-exempt
Pay range: $ 15-20/Hourly Depending upon experience, Position: Part Time (35-38 hours/week)

Essential Responsibilities:
Pleasantly engage customers and listen to what they have to say about their batteries, Device repair and lighting needs, and recommend solutions. Assist Store Manager in delivering monthly retail/commercial goals.
Sales Associate - Duties:
+ + Prepare store for daily opening or closing including counting and reconciling register drawer.
Maintain retail shelf label pricing & displays to achieve full store appearance.
Process E-com orders, Warranty and Ship Short RMA's.
Prepare and send pricing quotes to commercial customers.
Make weekly follow-up calls to existing as well as new commercial customers.
Update Sales force after customer follow-up calls
Assist in all store operations as assigned by Store Manager including Quarterly Inventory Audit.
Test & Install Cell phone, Tablet, Laptop batteries.
Repair Cell Phones, Tablet screens & other parts as needed.
Test & Install Automotive batteries, Watch Batteries & Key fob batteries.
Proactively sell Automotive, Motorcycle, Boat & House Keys/Key fobs.
Load, unload and deliver or arrange delivery of products.
Maintain Medallion & Google review score @ 80% + and 4.8+ by providing exceptional service.
Follow all safety rules and regulations; wear proper Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).
Sales Associate - Qualification:
Minimum 2-3-year of previous Sales or Service experience is desired.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to learn cell phone repair and Key programming.
Ability to lift 50+ Lbs. and install automotive batteries.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Valid Driver's License and clean driving record is desired.
