Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat, providing prompt and accurate information.
Process invoices, payments, and account reconciliations in a timely manner.
Assist customers with billing issues, discrepancies, and account inquiries, ensuring resolution.
Maintain accurate records of financial transactions and customer interactions.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and ensure smooth processing of accounts.
Prepare and generate financial reports as needed for management and clients.
