Job Description:
Develop Agile based reporting, analytics and automation projects in support of metrics and operational reporting to deliver optimal/best in class solutions to complex business problems. Participate in the end-to-end development process to create and maintain business intelligence reports and dashboards. Work closely with business partners to apply business intelligence techniques to create reporting frameworks that meet the business requirements, are easily consumable and reflect best practices. Participate in projects involving line of business and application teams to interpret requirements, design and develop reports to meet line of business needs. Work with internal teams to create rapid proof of concept solutions to drive process efficiencies in a constantly changing environment. Support scenarios that require additional investigation to determine end-state direction by creating solutions to demonstrate concept feasibility. Learn from POC findings to determine future direction and expedite the long-term solution.
Key responsibilities include:
Development of reports, dashboards and processes in support of the Business Intelligence, Data Analytics and Automation team.
Creation of -proof of concept- solutions to streamline and automate internal processes using emerging technologies.
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 5-7 years of proven experience with business intelligence and data analytics
Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
Proven ability to understand and communicate complex technology solutions across differing audiences
Working experience using Tableau, Alteryx, SQL and SharePoint development
Experience with software development life cycle (SDLC) practices
Ability to successfully complete projects in a dynamic environment with changing requirements and minimal day-to-day direction
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proven ability to create and foster relationships across all levels of the organization
Desired Qualifications:
Experience using ETL tools
Knowledge of business continuity and resiliency processes and metrics
Knowledge of Bank of America applications
Strong business acumen, understanding of Bank of America specific processes, locations, products and services
Bachelor's Degree
