What You'll Get to Do:
CACI is seeking an experienced and collaborative Senior Instructional System Designer (ISD) to work with a team of ISDs and Media Developers in creating training content for the Fire Controlman Aegis courses under the Navy Sailor 2025 Ready Relevant Learning (RRL) program. You'll create Lesson Design Strategies (LDS), support Live Government Reviews, and design performance-based content for On-Screen Lessons (OSL). Additionally, you'll review training content to ensure accuracy and provide design feedback.

Review Government Furnished Information.
Support meetings with SMEs and Instructional Designers.
Research and gather missing content.
Create and edit lesson design documents and ensure they are meeting design standards.
Experience designing and developing Instructor-Facilitated Interactive Training (IFIT) and Self-Directed Interactive Training (SDIT) content.
Create Lesson Plans and Training Guides.
Experience developing performance assessments and scenarios.
Interact with customer and subject matter experts to ensure technical accuracy of instructional content.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
BA/BS or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
Experience in AIM CPM/LOM.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Collaborate with a diverse team of professionals.
Prior experience working on Sailor 2025 RRL Projects.
Knowledge of NAVEDTRA 130 series, NAVEDTRA 132 series, and NAVEDTRA 136.
These Qualifications Would be Nice to Have:
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as in team environments.
Basic knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite.
General understanding of SCORM and Learning Management Systems.
Active Secret-level security clearance. (US Citizenship is required in order to obtain a security clearance from the DoD.)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$62,200-$130,600
