Business Development Manager - EA Customer Services - South Central US

We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager to establish and lead sales initiatives to realize the bookings quota for Customer Services within Electrification & Automation. You will be responsible for selling field service and modernization solutions to industrial, utility, and commercial vertical markets within the South Central region. This position can be based remotely within the South Central region of the United States.
You'll make an impact as you:
Identify, pursue, and capture new business in all key market segments within the regional territory.
Early involvement with target customers to influence their technical specifications and drive the acceptance of our products and service solutions.
Demonstrate ownership of target accounts in collaboration with Siemens sales and business development channels.
Proactively plan market penetration and customer activity on target accounts.
Successfully collaborate internally and externally to up-sell service solutions.
Develop and execute a strategic plan for bookings and present the sales pipeline to management on a monthly basis via SI-wide customer relationship management (CRM) tool.
Maintain clean forecasting of opportunity pipeline within the SI-wide CRM tool.
Hunt for service sales leads, assist internally to ensure accurate commercial proposals, provide customer presentations, and promote full-service portfolio.
Proactively pursue power distribution site walks to identify and develop short-term and long-term opportunities for the service portfolio.
Drive demand generation for service portfolio on active projects without service scope by engaging with project management and sales.
Support Product Life-Cycle Management process (PLM) in developing and adapting future products, new technologies, solutions, and systems.
Train and support customers and Siemens sales channels on SI EA CS portfolio, capabilities, and value propositions.
You'll win us over by having the following qualifications:
Basic Qualifications:
3+ years of sales or business development experience in selling industrial equipment services or power distribution equipment.
2+ years of experience in account management, forecasting, sales process management, and successful quota attainment in a complex sales environment across multiple product lines.
Bachelor's degree in engineering or business.
Ability to travel 40% of the time domestically as required. A company vehicle will be provided.
This position must be based remotely within the following states to support the geography of EA's business partners: Texas, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Kansas, Arkansas, Louisiana, Mississippi, or Alabama.
Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship.
Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering.
Master's in Business Administration.

The pay range for this position is $88,340 - $151,440 and the annual incentive target is 25% of the base salary. The actual wage offered may be lower or higher depending on budget and candidate experience, knowledge, skills, qualifications and premium geographic location.
