Job Description:
Provides Athletic Trainer services to patients ranging from adolescent to geriatric in a sports or clinical environment, i.e. physical therapy clinic, schools and athletic events, including evaluation and assessment, education, treatment and consultation services and related patient care services under the supervision of the team physician. Provides patient care activities under direct supervision of a physician in a musculoskeletal clinical setting.

Athletic training program graduate.Registered by Board of Medical Practice per state guidelines.Certification in CPR.
NATA board certification (BOC) and the appropriate state licenses. Current MN State registration. Sports Medicine Department (11590)- WI license within 120 days of hire.
