The project manager will be responsible for supporting our Government customer's office within the DoD. As a senior manager on this program, you will oversee Agile teams building and maintaining web-based business applications, SharePoint sites, and public websites used to provide decision-making capabilities to leadership and inform the public. In this role, you will collaborate with other workstream leads to support a DevSecOps architecture/framework
More About the Role
Manage the design, development, and implementation of cloud-based applications using a variety of technologies, such as C#, .NET Unified Framework, MVC, Entity Framework, and SQL Server
Manage the design, development, and implementation of SharePoint sites and public websites using HTML, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery, etc.
Work with modern technologies includingDocker, Azure Cognitive Services, etc.
Collaborate with team members from all parts of the development lifecycle, from development to operations to cybersecurity, solving technical challenges, and providing guidance and mentorship
Work in a collaborative Agile team environment acting as Scrum Master for multiple scrum teams and providing oversight for a Kanban team
Maintain sprint and project backlogs
Conduct daily scrum
Conduct User Acceptance Testing meetings with product owners
Provide daily, weekly, and monthly project status
Recommend prioritization of work to our government customer
You'll Bring These Qualifications
Active DoD Secret Clearance
Extensive experience managing application development for a federal agency (generally 10+ years)
Experience with Azure DevOps and/or GitHub Enterprise
Knowledge of Test Driven Development and Section 508 compliance
Proven oral and written communications skills, capable of effectively
Directing and/or supporting developers, testers, and DBAs
Communicating with Government customers
Facilitating and running meetings
Experience with Agile development methodologies (e.g., SCRUM)
Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a fast-paced environment
BS Computer Science (or related field) and 7 years of current applicable experience managing software development lifecycles
CASP+ (or ability to obtain within 6 months of start date)
Scrum certification (CSM, PMI-ACP, SAFe; within 6 months of start date)
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Experience working within the DoD
Experience with low/no code solutions
Experience managing Power Platform development projects in a DoD environment

$109,800 - $241,600
