Description
SAIC has an immediate opening for a Policy Analyst supporting the Headquarters Air Force Deputy Chief of Staff for Strategic Deterrence and Nuclear Integration (AF/A10). Work will be performed in the Arlington, VA area (Pentagon).
Responsibilities include:
Provide support to AF/A10 Nuclear Oversight Council (NOC) Executive Secretariat team, to include planning, administration and execution of all NOC and NOC-related meetings
Coordinate meetings, to include agenda development, scheduling, and clearance management
Develop briefings, read ahead packages, and presentations for senior Air Force leadership
Draft after action reports and track action items resulting from NOC-related meetings
Draft and coordinate staff packages for review and approval
Qualifications
Required Educational Background:
Required Experience/Skills:
Active Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Proficiency with MS Office products
Knowledge of Department of Defense organizations and functions
Desired Skills:
Understanding of Air Force organization and processes
Familiarity with SharePoint and Task Management Tool
