SAIC is hiring an experienced Operations Manager, responsible for maintaining and increasing the efficiency of the Army National Guard (ARNG) G2. This is a full-time, onsite position at the Temple Army National Guard Readiness Center (TARC), Arlington, VA.
Job Duties :
Manage the organization's processes, actions, and operations to ensure productivity, efficiency, and quality.
Analyze, prioritize, assign, and monitor tasks from various organizations from inception to completion and ensure taskers are communicated throughout the organization.
Interact daily with ARNG G2 senior leadership, Knowledge Manager and staff members on taskings.
Manage the organizational workload within MS teams and/or Task Management Tool (TMT), ensuring all requests are allocated quickly to allow leaders sufficient time to deliver a high-quality response.
Coordinate with Knowledge Manager and Knowledge Management Representatives on workflow for optimization scheduling.
Recommend improvement measures to increase performance, the quality of products or services, and changes that increase efficiency.
Influence knowledge sharing through the organization's business processes and ARNG systems by strengthening links between knowledge sharing and information systems.
Leverage collaborative tools such as Microsoft 365 suite of solutions to facilitate collaboration, sharing of ideas and work among internal teams and external partners to include innovative approaches in knowledge sharing.
Promote collaboration and knowledge sharing across the organization.
Support Deputy G2 with preparation, administrative coordination, and short and long range taskings.

Experience as Maneuver Unit Operations in the Army or USMC highly desired.
Digital literacy in Microsoft 365 Enterprise required; familiarity with Task Management Solutions System (ETMS2) a benefit.
Knowledge Management certification a benefit.
Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal/non-verbal.
Must be an analytical and critical thinker that can correlate ideas into solutions for the client.
Must be able to build relationships to collaborate within the team and across client organization.
Experience to record and store information in a physical and digital format.
Attentive to details.
Target salary range: $105,001 - $115,000. The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
