Pass the GSA defensive driving course Qualifications: MQRs Suspended GENERAL EXPERIENCE One year progressive responsible clerical office or retail sales work of any kind in which the applicant has demonstrated the ability to interact with customers. OR SUBSTITUTION OF EDUCATION FOR GENERAL EXPERIENCE Halfyear of academic study above the high school level may be substituted for each 6 months of general experience requirement.
