Our Motion Graphic Designers work on dynamic and creative graphics for client work, working closely with our Art Director creating original full motion graphic videos, concepting ideas, creating storyboards, pitching concepts and putting creative ideas into motion. We are a fast-moving agency that seeks a high level of creativity, organization, teamwork, ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and have fun while doing it.

Motion Graphics Designer
ABOUT THE POSITION
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Producing motion graphics for virtual and live events, corporate videos, and broadcast material
Reporting to the Art Director for project direction and feeback
Collaborating with our team of designers
Working on both high level projects as well as simple supporting graphics
Creating storyboards and ideation for projects
Creating 3D stage renderings and graphics
Providing graphic support for editors, (lower thirds, logo intros, special fx, etc.)
Working on multiple projects simultaneously
Managing deadlines and prioritizing jobs effectively
Presenting new ideas to our team and clients
Staying up to date with current software and design trends
Working late hours and weekends for tight deadlines and during peak seasons
This position will be hybrid with 2-3 days a week in our Chicago or Las Vegas office.
Must have ability to work from home without interruption
Must have high speed internet connection
SKILLS YOU'LL NEED
At least 5-7 years of related experience, agency environment preferred
Advanced experience with Cinema 4D
Advanced experience with the entire Adobe Creative Suite
Ability to completely own high-level projects from start to finish
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Client management and communication experience
Strong multi-tasking skills
Analyze projects and present solutions based on budget and timeline
Be a team player and willing to do any job necessary
Strong video editing and story-telling skills
Basic experience with PowerPoint and Keynote a plus
