This RN is responsible to assess, plan, implement, evaluate, supervise and coordinate the home care of patients in accordance with professional standards of nursing and policies and procedures of Essentia Health. Provides direct patient care to patients requiring care for medical, diagnostic and emergency conditions.
Education Qualifications:
Education as required for licensure.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
Current Registered Nurse license in the state of North Dakota and Minnesota upon hire.
Must have current CPR Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification or must obtain certification within 3 months of hire date, and maintain certification thereafter.
Possession of a valid motor vehicle operator's license as verified through appropriate licensing agency.
Proof of current motor vehicle insurance.
