To realize this goal, we gain a deep understanding of the education sectors we engage with-at all levels from strategic to tactical. We create a vision that inspires educators to transform their classrooms and campuses using Apple products. We collaborate closely with internal and external partners to create plans for solutions and new use cases, and then we help drive execution of the solution. As a K-12 Regional Manager focused on our Central region, you will be responsible for the management and day-to-day supervision of a team of field-based Account Executives that partner with K-12 customers to transform teaching and learning environments with Apple products. Through your leadership and inspiration, you will ensure the team is operating with efficiency and accuracy, meeting or exceeding performance targets, and receiving regular support from a professional development perspective. You will be the point of expertise and accountability for your territory, providing the training, resources, knowledge and infrastructure needed to support US growth objectives. This is a home office, field sales role that requires up to 40% domestic travel.

Description

As a K-12 Regional Manager, you will lead and own the strategy for sales growth for your region. This role provides leadership, direction, and support to the team on managing and engaging with K-12 customers and partners. In this position, you will collaborate with internal and external partners to achieve and exceed sales goals.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Typically requires a minimum of 15 years of related experience

  • 5+ years of people leadership experience in technology sales, solution-based selling, or similar role leading individuals to attain revenue targets and drive business growth

  • Deep understanding of the K-12 Education vertical, including go-to-market strategy, customer profiles, market trends and challenges, key use cases, associated solutions, and competitive landscape

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required

  • Passion for delivering a world-class customer experience

  • Comfort with ambiguity and the ability to bring structure and clarity where none exists

  • Experience managing a remote/geographically dispersed team is a plus

  • Background driving performance across a large region, country, or functional area is highly preferred
