CACI seeks a PKI Support Agent - Field Service Technician who will support Navy Certificate Validation Infrastructure (NCVI).
The Opportunity:
In this role, you will monitor, track, and report IAVMs, CVEs, and the fulfillment of EXORD/ CTO requirements as these relate to -scan-patch-scan- Cyber operations.
Responsibilities:
Installing and configuring network equipment
Creating firewalls and updating virus protection software and data security systems to keep data and communications protected
Troubleshooting, resolving, and communicating networking issues to customers and management
Ensure that an organization's server and desktop infrastructure is maintained and functional so that mission-critical applications are accessible
Aid engineers and end users of the infrastructure that has been set up.
Liaise with users of infrastructure when they have system outages.
Ensure servers are on the latest security patch to prevent unauthorized access.
Manages all IAVA and ACAS scans from the site.
Support ISEA with updates when deployed and gives the status of accounts while on site.
Test software releases from Engineers and create a guide for Sailors to follow when deploying releases.
Qualifications:
Required:
Active Secret Clearance.
Security Plus Certification
Strong interpersonal skills to communicate and work with customers and team members.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$53,200 - $111,600
