Description
Tradesmen International is immediately hiring motivated HVAC Service Technicians for projects located in the Garden Plain, KS area . This is a first shift opportunity and the pay rate is $18-35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Work with light commercial businesses ensuring repair and maintenance of equipment including heating, ventilation, air conditioning, refrigeration, heated, cooled, makeup air systems, ice machines, fryers, grills, ovens, steamers, and softserve dispensing equipment
Perform installation, & maintenance and repairs on hvac units, refrigeration systems, and restaurant equipment
Troubleshoot and repair defective equipment
Perform routine preventative maintenance
Complete service calls respond to work order requests in a timely fashion
Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with hvac and air conditioning systems
Read and interpret schematics and technical manuals to guide repairs and installation2 years of prior experience maintain valid drivers license throughout employment maintain epa certification strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills ability to work independently following a brief period of specific technical training familiarity with industry tools and equipment ability to handle physical workload looking for someone with a journeyman license(preferred but not required). Employee may perform other related duties as assigned to meet the ongoing needs of the organization. Were looking for someone with at least 2 years of prior experience. Job type: fulltime pay: 18.00 35.00 per hour schedule: 8 hour shift monday to friday on call overtime weekends as needed
