CACI is seeking a Business Systems Analyst in support of Records Administration and Management Services (RAMS) for the BUPERS/NPC Force Management (FM) and The MyNavyHR Enterprise.
What You'll Get to Do:
Perform day-to-day analyst activities, including issue resolution, coordination of initiatives, schedule management, work assignment, and reporting. Identify and report project issues. Qualify each issue; perform an analysis of alternatives for issue resolution, track progress towards completion in weekly and monthly status reports (WSR & MSR) and report resolution of each issue.
Working analyst who will be working in close coordination with manager on personnel tasks and training. Tasks varied based on assigned work center. Receive, review, batch, distribute, retain, and dispose of mail.
Scan documents using high-speed scanners, flatbed scanners, and/or microfiche readers/scanners to include non-standard size documents such as fitness reports, evaluations, photos, college transcripts, and/or microfiche.
You'll Bring These Qualifications:
Typically has a University Degree or equivalent experience and a minimum of five years of related work experience.
Must have an understanding and ability to apply standards, principles, theories, and technical concepts and knowledge of Navy Personnel data and business rules.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$54,600 - $112,000
