SAIC is seeking a Capability Developer in Fort Eustis, Virginia .
Job Duties:
The candidate will be responsible for supporting the customer with Army space, high-altitude, and strategic missile defense force modernization proponent functions. Additionally, the candidate will support Army concept and capability development processes, Strategic and Theater Missile defense systems and processes.

Must be able to develop event-based schedules based on key events
Must be able to write, edit, research, and review military concepts and technical papers
Must be able to develop calendar-based schedules with expected task and event completion dates with dependency relationships among tasks
Must be able to develop briefings and reports with supporting graphics and other analyses
Desired Skills:
Knowledge of capability and threat based assessment processes
The ability to lead and/or participate in Capability Based Assessments to include identifying DOTMLPF-P solutions
Understanding of Army Futures Command, TRADOC, and Combined Arms Center capability development functions and responsibilities
