CACI is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst (Junior) for one of our key DHS programs. The SETS II program provides services to design, procure, configure, implement, test, secure, accredit, operate and maintain an IT infrastructure for the St. Elizabeths campus.

Responsibilities include:
- Performs complex systems development and design work, and tracks implementation work that may include logic design, input/output design, and analog or digital systems engineering.
Participates in the upgrading of operating systems and design of systems enhancements.
Provides input for/creates documentation for new or existing systems, including floor plans, ceiling plans, system flow diagrams (audio, video, control), rack/wall elevations, device details, system descriptions, etc. for use in the field during implementation.
Ensures that project documentation adheres to Campus and customer requirements/standards.
Determines/monitors system specifications, input/output processes, and working parameters for hardware/software compatibility.
Participates in system testing and as-built documentation processes.
Develop and execute software test plans in order to identify software problems and their causes.
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments. Assignments may be broad in nature, requiring originality and innovation in determining how to accomplish tasks.
Operates with appreciable latitude in developing methodology and presenting solutions to problems.
Contributes to deliverables and performance metrics where applicable.

You'll Bring These Qualifications
** MUST BE A US CITIZEN AND HOLD AN ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE - NO WAIVER.
- Knowledge of SAFeR, ITILR, and industry best practices.
- Possess a current TS/SCI security clearance.
Must be a U.S. citizen
- Education and Experience Level: BA/BS degree with 8+ years experience.
Five years of experience in software design, engineering, or testing.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
- Active TS/SCI security clearance.
- SAFeR certified.
- ITILR v4 equivalent.
This position is contingent on funding and may not be filled immediately. However, this position is representative of positions within CACI that are consistently available. Individuals who apply may also be considered for other positions at CACI.

Pay Range : There are a host of factors that can influence final salary including, but not limited to, geographic location, Federal Government contract labor categories and contract wage rates, relevant prior work experience, specific skills and competencies, education, and certifications. The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
