Dal-Tile is currently seeking an exceptional Customer Systems Support Analyst to join our TEAM! As the Customer Systems Support Analyst, we need someone who is ready to provide a variety of duties related to the support of salesforce.com such as user management and user support, basic configuration, documentation of bugs and new requirements, as well as testing and documenting test results.

Primary Objective

This position serves as the primary contact for internal user support on the salesforce.com platform as well as document requirements for enhancements or new feature, test these changes, document test results, and assist in implementing the solution.

Major Function and Scope

  • Provide ongoing Salesforce user support by managing cases and providing appropriate solutions in a timely manner

  • Responsible for Salesforce.com administrative functions such as user management, data management, reports, and dashboards, etc.

  • Data management tasks such as import / export data to /from Salesforce.com

  • Document technical requirements for bugs, enhancements, new features, test these changes, and collect required signoff

  • Create training documentation for users on the Salesforce.com application on new system feature and best practices

  • Proactively identify opportunities to leverage Salesforce.com to increase efficiency

  • Some overnight travel required

Experience and Knowledge Required

  • Associate degree in Computer Science or related field; or 2 years equivalent training and experience

  • Aptitude for writing / reviewing technical requirements preferred

  • Fluent in Microsoft Office applications

  • Proficiency in SQL and relational databases preferred

  • Salesforce or CRM experience preferred

  • Time management, ability to multitask, and propensity to handle urgent interrupts with poise and professionalism.

  • Aptitude for learning new technology

  • Strong analytical, strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to translate customer requirements into requirements / specifications

  • Have business acumen including a good understanding of a CRM application and how it can be utilized to improve business processes

  • Attention to detail
