Compensation and Benefits We Offer:
To share in our success, we offer competitive wages and incentives to reward great performance. We also pay a Weekend Shift Differential of $5 per hour! On average, our Sales and Service Advisors work 5 shifts at 40 hours per week and earn between$18.00 - $22.00+ per hour.

Sales and Service Advisor Description:
As a Trusted Sales and Service Advisor you're likely a nerd at heart, love the challenges of technology, know a thing or 2 about cars, and have a background in customer service. Our Sales Advisors believe in building relationships with our customers and enjoy having them return again and again for repeat business. As an advocate for the customer, Sales Advisors focus on identifying what our customers actually need and then sell what makes the most sense for them.
In addition to best in class service, you will also share ownership of our showroom by merchandising new products and keeping things such as inventory and customer orders organized and accurate. Your teamwork skills are put to good use through collaboration on new ideas and strategies that can help drive business and improve service. Lastly, you get plenty of opportunity to gain new and exciting skills in Sales, Technology, Repair, and learning the inner workings of running a small business.
To qualify for the role, our Sales and Service Advisors need to have:
An interest in technology across the Electronics and Automotive Industry with the ability to learn and adapt to changes and new technologies on the horizon
Strong communication skills to effortlessly start conversations with customers and communicate amongst the team
Tech savviness with programs such as Google Suite, IOS, POS systems, Part Lookup, Task Management programs like Asana, and other various small business applications
A flexible work schedule to serve our customers when they need us most
1+ Years of customer service and/or sales experience, retail environment preferred
Sales and Service Advisor Schedule:
The position is Full Time with an average of 40 hours per week over 5 shifts
Schedules are published 3 weeks in advance to help provide a stable predictable working environment
All Shifts areDAY SHIFTwith the latest ending at 7 PM
Working shifts include weekdays and weekend days - Weekend Shifts include a $5 per hour Shift Differential!
All Shifts are worked in a Retail Store Setting
