We are looking for a motivated candidate who helps users by troubleshooting hardware and software problems for desktop and laptop computers. This is a fully onsite role in Conyers, GA. If you fill the below requirements, please !
Working knowledge of computer hardware components and hardware configurations.
Proficient software experience.
MacOS is a plus.

responsibilities:
Configure workstations and upgrade existing equipment.
Manage the helpdesk ticketing system.
Re-image computers, perform data migrations and restorations, and conduct remote problem solving as needed.
Troubleshoot minor workstation LAN and connectivity issues.
