Responsibilities to include:
Oversee outsourced Depot Operations
Create and manage workflows and P&P for Depot
Address escalations and manage improvement plan for Depot
Contract oversite and renegotiation of Depot Outsourcing Agreement
IT leadership experience, preferably within Healthcare
Experience running a Depot team
This position develops guidelines for specific areas within Production Operations and drives the automation of these functions through the use of appropriate tools and improve the overall productivity and performance of the assigned IT Service Area.
Understand and learn Lean Thinking and apply it to improve flow within a specific production operation.
Implement process improvements in a specific area of ITIL Service Delivery or ITIL Service Management (Incident, Problem, Change etc.).
Drive the automation of routine tasks such as Patching, Alerting etc. through the use of Magellan tools such as ServiceNow, Tanium and others.

6+ years related experience including a minimum of 3-4 years of designing, building and maintaining infrastructure or application services in IT.
