You will be on the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics F-22 Communication Software Team in Fort Worth Texas. This position requires close cooperation with Agile Software Teams and the Software Process Owner. You will be responsible for ensuring software development processes are properly defined, documented and communicated to the software development teams. You will be an expert in company and program software development processes and will be responsible for coaching and mentoring software development personnel on those processes. You will be responsible for definition, collection and analysis of software metrics. You will be required to constantly evaluate and suggest process improvements based on metrics, observations of program execution and evolving company and program requirements.
Other responsibilities include:
- Interfacing with LM and Customer Program and Functional Management
- Support product increment planning with the team.
- Support internal and external process audits and evaluations and will insure corrective actions are implemented.
- Coordinate, produce and review software estimates with Software Architects, Software Leads and CAMs.
- Support release execution and verification and defect reviews.

Basic Qualifications:
Software Development Experience (Full Life Cycle)
Experience in Agile Methodologies
Software Estimation Experience
Software Configuration Management Experience
Bachelor's degree or above in a STEM discipline from an accredited college/university
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access and an interim Secret security clearance or above to start.

Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
