What You'll Get to Do
As the team Program Manager, experience needed is as follows:
Experience managing the cost, schedule, technical, and quality execution of the full lifecycle of a technical program, directing multiple independent and overlapping engineering teams supporting software and systems development and operations.
Experience coordinating short- and long-term plans, integrated program schedules, and processes.
Demonstrate competent writing and oral communication skills while ensuring that the technical/financial solutions and schedules in the specific delivery orders are implemented in a timely manner.
Experience with Navy business systems and networks. Experience delivering quality products and services. Must have an intermediate proficiency level, as defined by DoDM 8140.03.
General LCAT duties and requirements:
Serves as the contractor's single contract manager and shall be the contractor's authorized interface with the Government Contracting Officer (CO), the contract level Contracting Officer's Representative (COR), government management personnel and customer agency representatives.
Develops, analyses, evaluates, advises on, and/or improves the effectiveness of work methods and procedures, organizations, manpower utilization, distribution of work assignments, delegations of authority, management controls, information and documentation systems, and similar functions of management.
Responsible for formulating and enforcing work standards, assigning contractor schedules, reviewing work discrepancies, supervising contractor personnel and communicating policies, purposes, and goals of the organization to subordinates.
Shall be responsible for the overall contract performance and shall not serve in any other capacity under this contract.
Skillsets:
Experience with Azure DevOps (or something similar. JIRA, VersionOne, etc.)
Knowledge of Agile software development processes from user stories creation to deployment
Experience managing infrastructure projects.
5 years PM experience
PMP
ScrumMaster Certification
Must have an intermediate proficiency level, as defined by DoDM 8140.03.

$74,600-$156,700
