CACI's Agile Digital Solutions Operating Group is recruiting an experienced project manager to join our NASA Consolidation Applications and Platforms (NCAPS) team. As a member of the NCAPS Team, you will support the men and women leading America's space exploration.

The NCAPS Program Training Analyst will be responsible for ensuring NCAPS program resources receive the training needed to deliver applications and platform support to the NASA community. Will work with program leadership to determine NASA's annual contractor training requirements, identify/propose training delivery approaches and develop/maintain contractually required training tracking and reporting artifacts.

What you'll get to do:

  • Work with NASA leadership to prepare and maintain annual contractor training requirements

  • Work with NASA and program leadership to design, develop, implement and execute ability to track completion of annual training requirements

  • Work with program teams, in an Agile at Scale methodology, to ensure program team compliance with NCAPS end-user training and documentation requirements

  • Design, develop, and evaluate effectiveness of learning solutions that incorporate use of the latest in professional development technologies.

  • Interface with individuals across the program, spanning all disciplines and different levels from senior managers to junior level staff. The position may also require interaction with government stakeholders.

  • Define requirements for common instructor material templates and reuse material (course outline, background material, and training aids).

  • Define requirements for common student material templates (course manuals, workbooks, handouts, completion certificates, and course critique forms).

  • Recommend process enhancements to solve problems or yield improvements.

  • Work independently with limited supervision on complex assignments and set objectives for your functional area to meet program objectives and assignments, while maintaining product quality and timeliness of efforts.

You'll bring these qualifications:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen with ability to obtain Public Trust clearance.

  • 10+ years of relevant experience

  • Knowledge of NASA business systems and software development processes and procedures

  • Proven track record of effectively managing customer relationships.

  • Prior experience successfully identifying, managing, and resolving customer satisfaction issues.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.

  • Ability to work independently to identify and resolve problems

These qualifications would be nice to have:

  • Active Secret security clearance

  • Knowledge of NASA business systems and software development processes and procedures

  • Prior experience with SAFe methodologies

  • Experience with training design/development tools

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$67,100-$141,000
