Description
SAIC's National Intelligence Community (NIC) business unit provides solutions and services supporting digital modernization programs in areas such as data science and analytics, cloud computing, cyber security, AI/ML, software/application development, SecDevOps, network operations, and secure communications.
SAIC seeks a Program Staffing Analyst to provide resource management support for a new intelligence community 200+ FTE program as well as multiple other programs.
Responsibilities:
Assist and maintain staffing information including authorized contract positions, job requisitions, resumes, interview results.
Work with the PM, Hiring Managers, Talent Acquisition, Financial staff and other team members to ensure that all program positions are tracked from open to close.
Collaborate and coordinate staffing decisions with program team and subcontractors.
Serve at program Point of Contact for all personnel on-boarding and off-boarding.
Assist with hiring activities in Maryland and Georgia. Some travel to Georgia is required.
Promote SAIC and program positions and events via social media (LinkedIn, Twitter, etc).
Qualifications
Required:
Eligibility to obtain a TS/SCI with polygraph security clearance.
BS/BA in related field and 0 years of related experience.
Strong customer service skills, teaming skills, and the ability to collaborate within a cross-functional team.
Strong analysis and quality assessment skills.
Excellent communication skills, both written and oral.
Experience conceptualizing and executing digital media campaigns.
