Tradesmen International is immediately hiring experienced Low Voltage Electricians for projects located in and around Rochester, NY . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of $21-25/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
Monitor and Install Low Voltage Cables and Systems for Electronic Equipment and Communication Devices
Install and Configure Optical Network Terminals, Modems, and Routers
Install IP Cameras, VOIP Phones, t1 Extensions, Telephones and Fiber Backbones
Install CCTV Cameras, Monitors, Power Supplies, and Receivers in Commercial and Residential Structures
Install, Configure, Test, and Maintain all Life Safety Systems including, but not limited to, Fire, Burglary, Surveillance Cameras, Digital Video Recorders, Access Control Systems, etc.
Troubleshoot and Repair Faulty Equipment or Conditions
Maintenance and Upgrade of all Life Safety Systems, Hardware, and Software
Respond to Dispatched Service Calls in a Timely Manner
Other Tasks as Assigned
Requirements:
Ability to Analyze Blueprints and Schematics to Connect the Cables Safely and Accurately
Possess Working Knowledge of OSHA Safety Standards
Able to Work on Ladders and Poles with Minimal Supervision
Valid Driver's License and Reliable Means of Transportation
