What You'll Get to Do:
As a CACI SOUTHCOM Civilian Harm Mitigation Response (CHMR) Planner, you will provide the SOUTHCOM staff with technical and administrative support to the SOUTHCOM CHMR Program through coordination and collaboration with staff directorates, Components, and other partners. You will have excellent organizational skills and demonstrate effective oral and written communication while capable of providing training to staff directorates and updating senior leaders on the status of the CHMR Program.

You will also support the below tasks:
Daily review of CHMR-AP guidance, instructions, coordination, and policy decisions impacting SOUTHCOM, its components and partners/allies
Schedule, organize, take notes and/or brief CHMR Working Groups or Organizational Process Teams
Make recommendations to the SOUTHCOM CHMR Officer (CHMRO) on the creation, organization, and management of Civilian Environment Teams, Red Teams, Civilian Harm Assessment Cells, and Ally/Partner CHMR Officers
Produce, edit, and promulgate Quarterly Reports for multiple consumers in the CHMR-AP enterprise to include General Officer Steering Committees
Author reports on a regular basis for various consumers that provide CHMR status updates, accomplishments, issue/concerns, comments from outside organizations, or fiscal statuses.
Support the programming of CHMR funds in coordination with government management guidance.
Create, develop, edit, staff, publish and/or revise SOUTHCOM CHMR standard operating procedures, SOUTHCOM Instructions, or Campaign Plan content.
Evaluate allies and partners, assess their level of understanding and degree of implementation.
Assist integrating CHMR principles into the Joint Planning Process, Joint Targeting Process, exercise design planning and execution, and security cooperation efforts.
Identify business process mapping solutions to create and codify CHMR processes into SOPs, command regulations, and best practices.
Support the CHMR in the planning, staffing, organizing, execution, and review of Engagements, Conferences, and Public Affairs events.
Utilize the Task Management Tool (TMT) for actions related to the SOUTHCOM CHMR Program to include OSD and Joint Staff Action coordination and taskings.
You'll Bring These Qualifications
Active TOP SECRET Clearance with eligibility for SCI
Prior planning experience working on a Service, Combatant or Service Component Command Staff
Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of experience, or associate degree and seven+ years of experience, or nine+ years of relevant work experience.
Minimum of 3 years' experience in intelligence coordination roles of responsibility within an O-5 or above tactical, operational, or strategic level command or while supporting a DoD contract of similar size and scope.
Three years of experience at 2 Star Task Force or Theater Special Operations Command or Combatant Command in the J3, J3X, J35, J39 or related tasks in in other directorates.
7 years of experience in intelligence analysis and organizing global intelligence operations.
These Qualifications Would Be Nice to Have
Prior experience working at USSOUTHCOM or at one of its Service Components
Civil Affairs, Intelligence, Legal, or Targeting experience.
Master's degree in business management, National Security, Homeland Security, or National Defense

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$82,100-$172,400
