The Worldwide Channel Strategy and Operations (CSO) Team provides operational support to our Channel Branded Programs through Preservation, Technology, Installation and Supply expertise. We are growing our team and we are seeking an Operations Deployment Manager to ensure that Apple's branded fixtures in over 17,000 reseller locations throughout multiple countries are maintained to Apple's high standards to ensure the best customer experience. You excel at working independently and as part of a large, cross-functional team, and you are able to effectively interact and influence all levels within the organization.
Description
Minimum Qualifications
Generally requires 5+ years of Retail management experience in a high-volume, fast paced environment
5+ years of proven project management experience
Self-starter with innovation, integrity and attention to details
Excellent communication, planning and analytical skills necessary as well as a deep understanding of the Apple brand
Ability to manage and organize multiple projects with competing priorities and different timescales
Strong retail operations and finance background
Proficiency in Mac OS, iOS, Word, Excel and Keynote
Experience working in an international role
Approximately 10% travel required, both domestic and international
Key Qualifications
Preferred Qualifications
Supply chain or inventory management background a plus
Deep working knowledge of facilities and maintenance practices a plus
BA degree or equivalent experience

At Apple, base pay is one part of our total compensation package and is determined within a range. This provides the opportunity to progress as you grow and develop within a role. The base pay range for this role is between $107,300 and $161,300, and your base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.Apple employees also have the opportunity to become an Apple shareholder through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.
