The quality control technologist is responsible for all quality assurance duties. It is the responsibility of the QC technologist to ensure they are performed in accordance with the regulations set by MQSA. Per MQSA, each mammography unit must have weekly quality control tests performed for both 2D and 3D imaging.
Education Qualifications:
Required Qualifications:
3 years' experience as a Mammography Technologist
Registered Mammography Technologist
Graduate of an Allied Health Education and Accreditation (AMA) Radiography program.
