General Function
Support the Quality Control Supervisor in generating various warehouse reports. Work with Order Management to identify and research errors.
Essential Responsibilities (and other duties as assigned)
Report Generation
Generate performance reports based on receiving, put away and replenishment performance for the previous day, weekly performance reports based on picking and packing productivity and accuracy for individuals, departments, and shifts.
Place LP's on QC Order hold when necessary.
Enter Internal and External Errors reported by Verification Audits and Mis Ship claims in spreadsheets.
Generate and send coaching documentation to supervisors and training team members.
Generate targeted audit lists in areas where errors are common for QC team members.
Provide individual performance reports for warehouse supervisors/management by request.
Research
Research errors reported and document picker/packer responsible.
Research store reported errors.
Qualifications
Minimum H.S. diploma/equivalent. Some college preferred but not required.
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and WMS technology preferred .
3 to 12 months experience in a warehouse environment preferred
Strong Excel/Google Sheet skills required.
Ability to handle multiple projects/tasks and meet deadlines.
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, and volume.
Must be able to work a flexible schedule to meet the needs of the business including peak seasons and special events.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
