    We are currently seeking a Re-Entry Advisor with excellent customer service skills who thrives in a fast paced, challenging work environment. This position is responsible for outreach, re-enrolling and advising students who have previously dropped from the University. The Re-Entry Advisor will work closely with the Financial Aid department and Academic department to identify obstacles that are hindering the student from re-enrolling; following the standardized university guidelines and procedures for re-entry.

  • Excellent oral, written and telephone communication skills

  • Ability to quickly master computer applications

  • Ability to meet & exceed goals

  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team

    Experience:

  • Knowledge of online distance education model and success strategies

  • Knowledge of customer service strategies and conflict resolution

  • Experience in post-secondary education preferred

  • Prior post-secondary admissions or re-entry advisor experience preferred

    Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
