CACI is seeking an Asset Management SME for an Enterprise CMDB including Asset Management support for the Enterprise Information Technology as a Service (EITaaS) contract with the Department of the Air Force. The EITaaS program supports our customer to provide a common set of required EIT services across 187 bases to implement a consistent, high-quality experience for users across all mission environments and enable USAF to transition focus from network operations to mission operations. General Description:
As an Asset Management SME, you will be responsible for providing expertise regarding Asset Management within the DOD and support designing new Capabilities. In this role you will work with a Project Coordinator, Business Analyst, Solution Architect, and Technical Architect to hold definition and prioritization workshops with Government stakeholders to define and prioritize CMDB and asset management use cases. CACI expects approximately 25% of the workshops to be held in person with Scott Air Force base as the most likely location.
You will coordinate with subject matter experts across multiple disciplines to propose solutions encompassing people, processes, and technologies that will be capable of implementing property management controls as defined by DD3042. You will aid in getting approval of the software solution which includes ServiceNow ITOM, Axonius, and Flexera to be used as and Accountable Property System of Record (APSR). You will also design a migration of DAF IT assets from DPAS to ServiceNow as the APSR. You will also work with the Government to update hardware lifecycle asset management policy and procedures which may include physical inventories, non-networked device management, mobile barcode scanning, etc.. You will also design an import of JELAs, ELAs, and standalone license and subscription acquisitions to enable usage of ServiceNow. You may also develop and implement a training program for users involved in IT hardware lifecycle asset management.
The ideal candidate will bring:
A strong understanding of Asset Management Requirements within the DoD including DD3042.
Experience using the Defense Property Accountability System (DPAS)
A strong understanding of ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities.
An understanding of Axonius and Flexera.
An understanding of ITSM and ITIL.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
Strong skills with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Project, Visio) and SharePoint.
Qualifications:
DoD Secret Clearance.
Experience working in the Department of Defense with Asset Management.
12+ Years experience. Relevant experience (a Bachelor's Degree in applicable field may be substituted for 5 years of experience).
Experience with ServiceNow ITOM Discovery, CMDB, and Service Mapping capabilities.
DoD 8140 compliant certification such as CompTIA Security+ within 60 calendar days of hire
Experience with Axonius and Flexera.
Effective communicator at all levels, both written and verbal.
Desired Skills:
Ability to obtain a Secret clearance
A strong understanding of ITSM and ITIL.
A proven track record in ITSM technologies and comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a technical organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Experience implementing business processes, capability needs, business requirements, and business information models.
Experience analyzing data and data relationships across an organization's business areas.
Working knowledge of all elements of the software development life cycle, including planning, development, requirements management, CM, quality assurance, and release management.
Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies.
Agile or Scrum Master Certification.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$94,400 - $198,300
