Under direct supervision, responsible for partnering with multiple areas to support projects. Assists with a wide variety of initiatives to ensure the efficient delivery of HR programs and services. Enhances the employee experience by identifying areas of continuous improvement for HR service delivery and assists with the design of solutions. Performs analyses to support a broad range of HR activities. Produces reports and predictive analytics. Participates in all aspects of projects: establishes deadlines, assigns responsibilities and monitors progress. Partners with HR functional areas to implement organization and/or HR initiatives. Collects, researches, and analyzes human resources data while tracking data trends and outcomes. Work Experience: 2 years experience in Human Resources, Analytics or related capacity required.

Education Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business, Finance or related field.

Licensure/Certification Qualifications:

No certification/licensure required.
