The Assistant Dining Room Manager @ The Cardinal at North Hills is responsible for overseeing and ensuring all dining venues provide exemplary customer service to residents, guests and associates.
Schedule: Mon.- Fri. 12p-8:30p & Every Other Weekend
What will I do every day?
Promote a hospitality focused culture in all dining venues
Serve as liaison between guests, residents and kitchen staff
Create a climate of hospitality through coaching, mentoring and teambuilding
Record production and operational data as required
Assist in the creation of effective schedules
What will I need to be successful in this role?
Bring a smile to work every day
Be a great team player
A high school diploma required
Minimum of three years' food service experience in a supervisory role required
POS user experience
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays as needed
Special Requirements/Certifications I may need?
A current Food Handler's Certificate is required
(Five year +) FOH management experience in fine dining, hotel, or any other F&B operations. Degree in Restaurant management, serv safe preferred.
