The Enterprise Communications Services 3 (ECS3) program supports our intel customer across its many operating locations. Our focus includes the design, transition, operations, and continual service improvement to include tech modernization, tech refresh, activities associated with DIA local area networks (LANs), wide area networks (WAN) and unified communication (UC) services.

More About the Role:

In this role the Asset Manager will be responsible for:

  • Preparing required Government forms for shipping, receiving, transferring equipment within ECS3 sites or from/to Customer sites.

  • Coordinating and processing all equipment that is required to be excessed and/or disposed of according to customer-established processes and government regulations.

  • Manage and facilitate the execution of the required quarterly and yearly asset inventory of ECS3 assets.

  • Assisting in the preparation of reports of discrepancies.

  • Responsible for maintaining a current and complete inventory list.

  • Receiving shipments, scanning all assets into the asset management tool in appropriate designated locations.

  • Responsible for coordinating with buyers via P2P and coordinating the receiving of equipment onsite.

  • Follow up with end users out in the field to ensure all government required documentation is signed and all IT assets are accounted for.

  • Assist in the imaging process of brand-new laptops that are to be deployed to end users.

  • Assist with asset tagging of all IT assets.

  • Place orders for new devices or replacement devices and track fulfillment through delivery.

  • Pack and ship IT assets to CONUS and OCONUS locations as needed.

  • Prepare periodic and ad-hoc reports for both internal and external parties (e.g., type of assets received, shipping, transferred or excessed/disposed) while providing upcoming procurement reports.

  • Must be a team player with the ability to interact with multiple people and -wear multiple hats.-

You'll Bring These Qualifications:

  • TS/SCI security clearance with ability to obtain and maintain a CI poly or higher.

  • Strong analytical skills: Ability to dissect complex data and draw meaningful insights.

  • Organizational abilities: Manage multiple tasks, prioritize, and meet deadlines.

  • Attention to detail: Ensure accuracy in data management and policy implementation.

  • Problem-solving: Identify issues and recommend effective solutions.

Pay Range:

This posting is for a position covered by the Service Contract Labor Standards (SCA). The pay and benefits provided for this position will meet or exceed the minimum required amounts detailed in the wage determination issued by the Department of Labor and made applicable to this position, as incorporated into CACI's government contract for the work location.

Minimum Req uired Hourly Wage:

$38.21
