JOB SUMMARY
Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Manager of Digital Technologies to lead our talented team of developers in creating and maintaining cutting-edge web and mobile applications, and robust APIs. As Manager, you will play a critical role in driving the development and implementation of digital projects, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices. You will be responsible for managing the development lifecycle, from design to deployment and post-launch support. This position requires a strong technical background, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality software solutions.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead and manage team of web, API and mobile developers, providing guidance, coaching, and support to ensure the successful execution of projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and stakeholders, to define project requirements and establish development priorities.
Develop and implement development processes, standards, and best practices to ensure high-quality, scalable, and maintainable solutions.
Oversee the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and support.
Monitor project progress, identify potential risks and issues, and proactively take corrective actions to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies, and make recommendations for the adoption of new tools and frameworks that enhance team productivity and efficiency.
Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture, encouraging knowledge sharing, innovation, and continuous learning among team members.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback and mentorship to team members, and identify opportunities for their professional growth and development.
Manage vendor relationships to ensure the timely delivery of projects and specialized services.
Act as a technical resource, assisting the team with complex coding tasks, troubleshooting issues, and resolving technical challenges.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's Degree in IT field of study or 7 or more years related experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proven experience in managing digital development projects, preferably in a supervisory or managerial role.
Strong proficiency in web, API and mobile technologies and frameworks.
Deep understanding of digital design principles and best practices.
Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud) and containerization technologies.
Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, allocate resources, and manage competing priorities effectively.
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of building and motivating high-performing teams.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum) and experience in driving their implementation.
Exceptional problem-solving and analytical thinking skills, with an attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, with ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and business stakeholders.
WORKING CONDITIONS
This job operates in a professional office environment indoors. Routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets, and fax machines.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS
The position requires the ability to spend long hours sitting or standing while using office equipment and computers. Ability to perform repetitive tasks such as typing and keying. Occasional lifting, pushing/pulling, carrying 10 lbs of supplies and materials is required.
