La Posada residents enjoy a vast array of resort-style amenities and 5 dining venues across 21 acres. The Dining Services Director leads a skilled culinary and operations team. What will I do every day?
Create an enriching and memorable dining experience
The majority of our community is Independent Living with 40 Assisted Living beds. Ability to cater to all our residents.
Creatively design menu items
Manage inventory control, functionality and dining/kitchen cleanliness
Interview, hire, train, manage and retain highly effective associates
Forecast and schedule necessary levels of staffing to ensure resident satisfaction and operational efficiency
Perform other related duties as required
What will I need to be successful in this role?
A passion for excellence
Be a progressive and creative thinker
Degree in Hospitality, Culinary, Management or Similar Field
Minimum 5 years' related experience required
Experience working in Senior Living is a plus
Hotel or Country Club experience a plus
Food and Beverage Manager experience
CDM is a plus
