PRACTICE SPECIFICS
Established medical weight management program is affiliated with the region's only comprehensive, accredited, program for metabolic and bariatric surgery (MBSAQIP certified)
Clinic hours may vary, Monday-Friday, 7:30am-5pm with a minimum of 36 hours per week of patient contact
This is a team-based model that works to optimize metabolic health and manage weight
Our goal is to help patients achieve sustained weight loss and personal goals related to their respective weight management journey
This position may require use of tele-medicine to deliver care
Team of 9 providers including medical weight management physicians and nurse practitioners partnering to deliver team-based care

REQUIREMENTS
Board Certified/Board Eligible Family Medicine, Internal Medicine or Endocrinology
Willing to obtain board certification in Obesity Medicine within 18 months of hire

Duluth, MN & Superior WI - Harbor cities, 10 minutes apart, at the westernmost tip of Lake Superior
150 miles north of the north of Minneapolis/St. Paul
Metro population: 125,000
Regional service area: 460,000. Comprised of 20 clinics and 7 Hospitals
