Job Description:
Oversees the Clinic registration staff and ensures consistent high quality service is provided to patients and their families. This position assists the director in day to day department management as well as serving as the super user for the department. Work Experience 2 years previous scheduling or healthcare business operations experience in a clinic or hospital setting.
Education Qualifications:
Associate's degree required with an preference in business, healthcare administration related field.
Licensure/Certification Qualifications:
No certification/licensure required.
