Shift:
6:45 am to 7:15 pm
Week 1: Mon,Tues,Fri,and Sat
Week 2: Sunday,Wed, and Thurs

As a Production Operator you will learn to:
Ensure safe and efficient operation of all assigned equipment
Follow the Quality Management System (QMS)
Stockslines/machines with needed materials
Transport, weighs, and mixes appropriate ingredients
Load/ unload machines
Perform periodic checks on output
Create samples and performs quality control checks
Monitor equipment or processes and reports problems to supervisor including safety, quality, productivity, and systems-related issues
Maintain accurate documentation/ records relative to safety, quality, and productivity for assigned area
Follow standard operating procedures, safe operating practices, 5S, standard work and other lean manufacturing principles
Keep area safe, clean, and organized
Support a life-long learning environment, enhancing own skills as well as assisting in the development of other team members
Need to be willing to cross department lines and help the team where needed
Perform other related duties as required

Must be Dal-Tile certified to operate powered industrial trucks
Ability to wear PPE and maintain company safety policies

The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
