Primary role will consist of key communication with donors and corporate sponsors, important interpersonal communication skills to build rapport with potential and active donors and handle all confidential prospect and donor information with tact. Manage the Foundation's grant making programs working with grantees, Board and committee members recruitment and engagement. Manage the grant activities of the Foundation, including the cultivation of relationships with program staff of foundations and corporations, active membership in the foundation community, up-to-date knowledge of focus areas and fields of interest. Will be responsible for the record keeping through the use of data based programs. Will support event and major gift programs through research and communication. Work Experience: Minimum of two years of fundraising or sales experience.

Education Qualifications:

Baccalaureate Degree in business, communications, public relations, organization management, or related field.
